Unexpected hiccup at arrival
The hotel is located just a short walk from the beach, perfect for sunset strolls. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring my stay was comfortable.
Unfortunately, my experience started off with a mix-up regarding my reservation, placing me in a room already occupied, which dampened my first impressions.

The staff provided beach towels with outstanding hospitality.
My experience was marred by the lack of air conditioning during an unusually hot first night. Although they offered a fan, it was not sufficient for comfort. Furthermore, I was disappointed by the breakfast options which only included basic items like croissants and cheap orange juice.

The hotel manager was exceptionally welcoming and provided a helpful map of local attractions upon arrival.
The mattress in our room was quite firm, making it less comfortable for a good night's sleep.

10/10
Ope, gotta say, we loved our stay! Just a short stroll to the beach, and the staff were so helpful—like they gave us beach towels on the house! Our room was super clean and cozy, and the big shower was a nice treat after a long day. The croissants at breakfast were fresh and buttery—can't beat that!

Had an amazing group getaway here! The location is perfect. we walked to the nearby beach and enjoyed live music from a bar across the street. The staff were super friendly and even gave us beach towels. Rooms were clean and bright. The breakfast was great with fresh croissants and coffee. Highly recommend for a fun stay with friends!
The rooms were a bit cramped, but we were only there to sleep. It didn't bother us too much since we spent most of our time out exploring.

We stayed in a Double Room and it was super comfy with a great bed. The large bathroom was clean and had plenty of hot water, which was awesome. Plus, the location is ideal—just minutes from the beach and lots of local spots. Honestly, I was impressed with how cozy the room felt. The only thing is that if you're facing the street, it might get a bit noisy at times.

It was just a perfect match for a short stint in Biarritz with all in all brilliant value for money. They offered fresh towels every day, which was unexpected and nice. If possible, ask for a room away from the street for a quieter stay.
